KCFT Steps to Success
The KCFT Steps to Success Programme is a holistic, thorough, and tailored programme which is designed to build the self-esteem, resilience, and confidence of rangatahi before they transition into their chosen pathways (employment, education or training).
The KCFT Steps to Success Programme supports rangatahi (and their whānau) in creating a firm foundation prior to their transition, and additional support following their transition into their pathways.
The Programme runs 4 days per week and rangatahi are expected to commit to full participation in all workshops. The programme works in partnership with not only the rangatahi, but also their whānau and other applicable service providers.
It is a 6 week programme:
Weeks 1 - 6
Foundational part of the programme where core strengths are assessed, and developed, so rangatahi can more confidently approach potential employers knowing they have the required abilities and attitude those employers are looking for – alongside having a support team with them all the way.
Week 6+
Support in the transition either into paid employment or into further education or training opportunities.
