KCFT Steps to Success - Pastoral Care Module

Once rangatahi identify their unique pathways, KCFT Steps to Success will match them with the best available opportunity for their ongoing success.  KCFT Steps to Success will continue to support rangatahi in an ongoing basis following their transition.

This is youth-led support, like they receive in the Resilience Module, and is centred on the on-going career development of the rangatahi as they create a firm foundation within their new pathways.

This wraparound support is inclusive of the rangatahi, their whānau and their pathway (education, training or employment).  Rangatahi are still able to access the Wellbeing Connector during this time, and are called back for Driver Licensing Wānanga.
